Damon Adcock serves as the Chief Culture Officer at Pyle Financial Services and Chief of Staff at Scott Pyle, Inc., bringing more than 28 years of leadership experience shaped by one of the most complex and people-centric organizations in the world—the local church. Throughout nearly three decades of ministry and organizational leadership, Damon has been driven by a deep desire to inspire, equip, and develop others.  He believes the strongest leaders are both students and teachers of leadership principles, continually learning while simultaneously empowering those around them. This posture of humility and curiosity has defined Damon's leadership style and enabled him to build healthy, mission-aligned organizations with clarity, cohesion, and resilience. His approach centers on cultivating a strong culture, eliminating mission drift, and aligning teams around shared purpose.  At Pyle Financial Services, Damon focuses on developing scalable systems, strengthening internal communication, and building environments where teams thrive. His work enhances efficiency, innovation, and service excellence while supporting the firm's core mission of aligning client wealth with purpose. In his role at Scott Pyle, Inc., Damon helps shape and amplify the message, impact, and effectiveness of the various businesses and ministries under the organization's leadership umbrella. He oversees strategic initiatives, drives cross-company collaboration, and supports the long-term vision of service, stewardship, and community impact. Damon also oversees the strategic partnership at Coastline Women's Center, reflecting his deep commitment to service and compassionate leadership within the broader community.  Beyond his professional life, Damon is grounded by his family. He has been married to his wife, Deborah, for 27 years, and together they share four wonderful children. A passionate musician and gifted singer-songwriter, Damon brings creativity and heart to everything he does.
